SYNOPSIS:

Wayne Williams, a retired cop turned vigilante, has spent several years confronting organized crime in the city of Freyston. However, when a mysterious man with superpowers begins committing a series of high profile robberies, Wayne makes it his mission to bring the man to justice. At the same time, a pair of FBI agents pursue the same case, and the three come into conflict with each other.
