SYNOPSIS:

Bobby, a lowly janitor at a college, dreams of being a tough guy, but the corrupt school president's son, Jimmy, and Jimmy's gang won't ever let Bobby get the upper hand. Sweet girl Mimi offers to have her uncle teach Bobby martial arts, but before that happens, Bobby is wrangled into a bizarre mind control experiment at the school that allows knowledge to be downloaded directly to his mind; the computers can even enhance his reflexes and strength. With his newfound superpowers, Bobby handles Jimmy and his gang with no problem, but incurs the wrath of Jimmy's mob connections. Running low on energy, Bobby flees back to the college with the mafia and Jimmy's gang in hot pursuit. With the help of Mimi and her uncle, he is able to get his energy infusion, but Jimmy forces the scientists to endow him with superpowers. Now, with super-Jimmy and his gang--plus Jimmy's father and the mafia--closing in from all sides, Bobby and his band of ragtag mates must find a way to make a stand against these overwhelming odds. If Bobby can just be himself, they might stand a chance...
