Kristen has an exuberant amount of creative flair, that is used for problem-solving in the workplace. She looks at things differently and is able to come up with out of the box ideas that bring originality and fun to her co-workers and their clients. Kristen also has a way with words that allows her to express herself, and the message of her story clearly and concisely. Kristen is a master at time management and knows how to budget her time on many projects and prioritize her deadlines. Kristen values creativity, expression, and consistency as a writer. Kristen is very loyal to her job, but also to her own creativity. She is not afraid to stand up for what she believes in, and she is very assertive towards her goals.
