Tara Sickmeier is a Tony Award-nominated Broadway producer, film/TV producer, and entrepreneur. In 2013, Sickmeier co-founded HIPZEE with Rob Baunoch III, a Brooklyn-born entertainment company that specializes in edgy, boundary-pushing storytelling for stage and screen. HIPZEE produced Josh Groban's Broadway debut: NATASHA, PIERRE, AND THE GREAT COMET OF 1812, which was nominated for 12 Tony Awards, including Best Musical. Other credits include the Off-Broadway hit, HEATHERS: THE MUSICAL, as well as the feature film ABOVE THE SHADOWS, starring Olivia Thirlby, Alan Ritchson, Jim Gaffigan, Maria Dizzia, Tito Ortiz, David Johansen, and Megan Fox. Recently, Sickmeier and Baunoch were brought on as Co-Producers to Tony Kushner/Brad Pitt's upcoming film, HE WANTED THE MOON.
