SYNOPSIS:

An aging surfer moves to Hawaii, buys a house and soon falls for the realtor, who also owns the local market and shows little interest, thinking he's another playboy.

Kalani, an aging surfer, decides to move to Hawaii, unsure of his future and what he would become if he retired. When Nita, a beautiful realtor, workaholic, and single mother, helps him find his dream home on the beach, he meets his new neighbors, a little boy (he teaches to surf), and his grandmother (Co-owner of the local Kailua market, central to the story). Kalani unknowingly forms a bond with Nita's son and mom, while trying (unsuccessfully at first) to get Nita to go out with him.

A romantic comedy about a surfer and the owners of a local market on the beach, that has been in the family for generations. The story takes place on the Hawaiian Islands, in the beach town of Kailua, on the windward side of O'ahu.
