This article inspired me, but I don't post a lot, but I used to write articles on holistic psychology topics for a health magazine, so I do know how to write articles. I just don't know what I would write about. I'm a psychologist so maybe I could whip up something on how writers sometimes use psychological diagnoses with inaccurate terms, not that most people would notice, but I do. Your article was moving and inspiring, thank you for sharing and being so encouraging.

Expand commentHi Cynthia, thanks so much for commenting, I really appreciate it. To be honest, bringing your individual expertise into your work, can be really great. So, writing about an area that you really know a lot about will make you stand out from the rest automatically. If you write a script where characters do use the correct terminology, this can make your story stand out. If you're stuck on what to write about, I did an exercise with a class I was teaching recently, where I gave them a genre, and a setting, and they had to come up with a scene. Just that. Just one scene. There are random choice generators you can find online, where you can put in lots of genres and it will "decide" for you. Then, set yourself the challenge of writing about the theme or topic or even just the specific term - and there you go. You've written something worthwhile. With regards to articles etc - there are a ton of magazines that are always eager for new materials and new writers. Submittable is a wonderful platform to find those outlets. Keep at it. It is easy, all it takes is hard work. :)

Expand commentI have written one book and self-published it. It's a young adult novel called, Cynder in the Land of Lapis. It's about a young girl that meets a fairy in the garden, and she teaches her how to heal autistic people. I'm making it into a screenplay. I just finished writing a screenplay about an autistic boy that sketches, it's called, The Sketch.
I have other books going and a Christmas movie and lots of other projects going, so I have tons of ideas that I'm working on. I wrote a time travel TV project that did pretty well in a TV Pilot contest in 2014. My problem is that I live in Michigan, and I have no connections to Hollywood. But thanks for writing back.
I don't mind it. I'm finding that I'm using and learning social media more during this time, which is good because I didn't do it before. I'm getting a lot of writing done. I've always been able to be alone for long periods of time, as long as I can communicate with others.
Sure. I'll watch it and let you know.
Of you did it all, then I think you might just want to slow down what can be read, especially the letter.
I already knew that ago. As of recently, I have been sparing my times on my screenwriting project and my CG animation demo reel.

This is a network for you, built by you. Like most things in life, the more you participate, the greater the rewards. We ask all new members to pay it forward by inviting 5 fellow creatives to the network and by spreading the word of Stage 32 through other social media sites such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The more creatives, the stronger the network. The stronger the network, the more opportunities.
Thanks for joining the movement and for being a part of this most talented and inspiring community. I very much look forward to your contributions.
Thanks, and have a creative day!
