Samara Stein

Samara is at the helm of OPS operations, providing over 20 years of financial management, operational, and business development experience in the private and public sector. Her passion for international travel has led her to over 40 countries and contributed to her cosmopolitan outlook, depth of experience, and ability to broker and lead multi-stakeholder negotiations and agreements. With a deep background in financial analysis, budgeting, planning, and account management, Samara is well-positioned to assist OPS in its sustainable growth as an innovator and change-agent. Her love of nature, hiking, golf and the outdoors fuels her commitment to the pressing issues that motivate the OPS team. Currently residing in Northern California, Samara holds a bachelor’s in Anthropology and Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder.
