This is a web series I created for wannabe writers. There are 12 in the series. This is the first. I may present another series later this year (2013)

I wanted to do lots of quick edits and weird effects to maximize the pace generated by the music. I like the animated feel to some of the processing.

A music video written and directed by Rob Parnell. I tried to reflect the subject of the song's lyrics. The protagonist is a frustrated youth who wants a new life, outside of his humdrum existence. He dreams that his life will change and that his future will be, as Shakespeare suggested, another country.

I wanted to give my wife's new YA book a big movie trailer kind of feel.

An LA production company was looking for 3 minute shorts about 'evil toys.' I made this for them but their project seems to have stalled. Never mind. I enjoyed making this - as an exercise in making a horror 'spoof' short with no actors - except the teddies of course!
