About Kristen

A Los Angeles native, Kristen is a professional actress, voice over artist, writer, and Interact Theatre Company’s current Board Secretary and company member. She spent eight years acting across the East coast before moving back to California. She is a graduate of Cal State University, Northridge with a BA in Theatre Arts, and a minor in Chemistry. She has also studied with Shakespeare & Co, The Shakespeare Theatre, Annie Grindlay, and many excellent VO teachers and Casting Directors. Kristen is also a proud alumni company member of Commonwealth Classic Theatre and The Hub Theatre. After working for a production company for many years, Kristen further developed skills in the art of editing, writing, and sound engineering. She has written for publications about travel and has served as an editor. She started her career writing for her college paper as a theatre critic- not a theatre summarizer! When she’s not writing films, plays, and podcasts, you’ll often hear or see her work on radio, TV, and film.
