Author of Fire of the Praying Hands (Hydra) regarding a white man's experience with peyote-worship on the Navajo and Apache Reservations. World authority on bush pilot, explorer, and soldier of fortune James Crawford Angel; completed a tremendous screenplay on Angel, lauded at the time, but never sold; actively involved in completing the Jimmie Angel Biography. The Biography features three-hundred rare photographs. Highly educated in literature and writing, I assisted dear friend, Adrian Warren, with content and writing for the PBS production, Venezuela’s Ancient Tepuis. Published works include, South American Explorer (“Angel’s Secret”), editor, Latino World and Gold and Treasure Hunter (“MacCracken’s Gold”), and Native Peoples (“Jimmie Angel: Aviator Extraordinaire”); we conspired with CBS (LMNO Productions) in the production of The Searchers. Having won various university literary awards, I also worked as a columnist for the Columbia Star Reporter for two years. Lifelong educator with three children.
