Ester T. Ferman

I am an actress who started in the mid-Atlantic and now I'm in the Southeast market. Due to covid, I started writing and directing my own content to stay creative. I had to learn alot, especially through YouTube tutorials on how to edit scenes together, how to adjust for room tone, and even how to add credits to the end of my videos! Although that helped to keep me occupied for a while, I missed the collaborative nature of being on set, so I directed two projects virtually - each with a large cast. Interacting with others is definitely a passion of mine, and now I've started co-writing projects with local people and with creatives who are abroad. I will be able to direct the local projects once the state restrictions are lifted and we can start filming. I love making films that make a statement, whether it's about how we treat each other or the struggles that human beings from different walks of life have to face. My production company, Mi Cielo Productions, is definitely staying busy. Would love to connect with others who are interested in creating projects in the Southeast.
