About Alexander

I am the son of Soviet dissidents and came to the US from Odessa, Ukraine on a refugee visa without knowing any English.

Fortunately, I was able to overcome the language barrier and received his undergraduate and doctorate degree in the US. Subsequently, he completed his postdoctoral work at Oxford University.

I am passionate about history and storytelling. I traveled to 6 out of 7 continents and lectured in 9 countries. Since immigrating to the US, I returned three times to Ukraine and Russia

I am a well-published scientific writer, but a relatively new fiction writer. My two action/adventure novels, based on real historical events, were published by two different independent publishers. Recently I completed his third novel, which is ready for publication, and currently is working on the 4th novel.

I always loved movies and hoped to become a screenwriter. Currently, I am working on screenplays based on my novels.
