LOGLINE:

An apprentice watchmaker in Geneva’s elite timepiece industry has 48 hours to solve a murder and find her stolen masterpiece before it’s used to reprise the terrorist attack that killed her father.

SYNOPSIS:

Jenna is an apprentice at Geneva’s most elite mechanical watch house, Lauren-Martin. It’s the night before her final review to become a MASTER WATCHMAKER. She is about to finally belong and have a family again. As long as she is worthy. Only that very night, a colleague is murdered, her watch is stolen, and Jenna is the prime suspect. Now watchmaker must turn detective to save herself, her dream, and her family of watchmakers. Griffin is a cyber sneak wanting the respect of his father - and if he can't have that, doing a favor for money will work too. He coerces Jenna to let him help her for his father's sake. Admittedly, she needs help even if she doesn't want it or him. The duo follow clues around Geneva where Jenna's unique knowledge helps her to piece the clues together. She is followed by the police and chased by someone trying to kill her as she tries to figure out why her, why her watch? Griffin, every ready to assist and annoy, turns out to be helpful and the two bond as the mystery unfolds, taking them to the UN, the last place Jenna ever wants to be, and where thousands are gathered for the 20th anniversary of the attack that killed her father and others. Jenna figures out the plan of the villain, (who is her friend and fellow survivor seeking revenge for his family), dismantles her masterpiece, and stops a bomb. Griffin realizes his father not only respects him, but loves him. Unfortunately, the only thing that was perfect in Jenna's life, her masterpiece watch, has been flawed. She tells her master watchmaker, even though something is flawed, it doesn’t mean it’s not worthy. The flaw is now part of the watch and its story, and it makes it even more unique. The watch IS pronounced WORTHY, and Jenna finally achieves the things that to her are truly priceless - family, belonging, and hope for the future.
