SYNOPSIS:

Will Monday, designer clone with paranormal traits derived from gene-splicing, escapes the underground complex beneath a nuclear plant where he was bred and reared, only to discover his escape was arranged by subversives within and outside the project. Once Will is separated from his protective environment and his nurturer-trainers whom he resents as captors, he is pursued by Jacob Threll, a brain surgeon recruited for black ops, and his mind-controlled special agent, Kent Morris. Their purpose is to capture Will's special DNA, one way or another, for use by a private consortium on a mission arranged by their business partner, USA President Ash.
