Imprisoned in a sadistic game of Mouse Trap, a lost soul must overcome her traumatic past and escape a dangerous narcissist.

SYNOPSIS:

Endearing Kat, a girl who lost both her parents to a freak accident, lands in the hands of her abusive pastor uncle until she eventually finds peace and shelter on the cold paved streets of Sussex, England.

Despite her traumas, Kat journeys through life carefree until she is forced to reflect on her life after losing her job at Mr Lee's Herbal Shop for being late and standing her ground with a regular, belligerent customer. With no job and no money for rent, Kat decides to enrol on a spiritual growth camp to change her life's trajectory.

Kat arrives at the campsite and meets the whimsical Alex, the spiritual guide, who helps Kat overcome her childhood traumas before convincing her to stay in camp permanently.

After charming his way between Kat's legs, Alex immediately reveals his own suppressed traumas and takes all his pain and aggressions out on Kat, leaving her disheartened and confused.

Kat feels unsafe and vulnerable and attempts to leave camp, which infuriates Alex, triggering him to hold her captive. Kat's only hope for freedom is to partake in Alex's sadistic games until he gains answers to his own traumatic experiences.
