It started with a question: what happens when two broken men collide at the edge of the world? I didn’t want to tell a sentimental story. I wanted to show how grief warps, isolates, and sometimes turns deadly. With just two actors, one location, and a rope between them, this film builds tension through character, not spectacle. It’s a story that smiles at you, then shows its teeth. The emotional bones are personal, drawn from my own experience with loss and the intrusive thoughts it leaves behind. The aim was to strip everything down to raw dialogue, stillness, and slow shifts in tone. You think you’re watching a man ready to die. But it’s the other one you should’ve feared all along. -
