An insecure rideshare driver with dreams of being a successful filmmaker and a
nurse with a cruel sense of humor share an apartment as they try to survive the
adult life.

SYNOPSIS:

We meet Jayden and Mia´s apartment and their relationship. As soon as they both

come home from work they start to roast each other in a really childish way. They

have a platonic friendship going on.

Jayden and Mia watch The Matrix together, then he goes out to buy some food. On

his way out we meet Scott, their neighbor who happens to be a big time producer,

and back in the apartment Mia´s best friend, Roxi, visits her.

Jayden gets to Plato´s Diner, where he spots a girl and he finds himself completely

hypnotized by her. After a motivational speech by Plato, Jayden gets the courage

to go and talk to Nikka. They get along and he gets her number.

The day after meeting Nikka, after a really uncomfortable call with her in front of a

passenger, they arrange to have a date on Plato´s Diner.

Later on Plato´s Diner, Jayden and Nikka seem to get along really well. They have

a sweet rom-com date and both agree to go out on a second date.

When he gets home, Jayden finds Mia having sex on the floor with his boyfriend

Brad. Then Scott and Roxi get in the apartment too, while both Mia and Brad are

still on the floor. Jayden, who seems to be the only one uncomfortable with the

situation goes to his room and starts to work on his screenplay.
