Companionship turns violent when a loyal Boxer traps and terrorizes two teenage girls who must fight for their lives.

SYNOPSIS:

JACK is a loyal and loving dog to the Sloan family until he contracts rabies in their backyard. KATY (17) and her childhood friend PEYTON (17) arrive home where they are severely injured by the boxer and trapped without any means of calling for help. Flashbacks throughout the ordeal highlight their friendship and simultaneously reveals a dark secret. But what's undeniable throughout Katy’s childhood is that Jack and Katy are inseparable, often going on long-distance runs together, snuggling by the TV late at night, and spending their free time together. Even as Katy grows older with a busier schedule and love interest, Jack remains a loyal and protective dog who saves both Katy and Peyton from predatory acts and becomes a neighborhood hero. It makes it all the harder for Katy to fight Jack when he violently tries to claw his way into her bedroom through the door and nearby windows while Peyton fights for her life. But Jack was left alone outside one day where a raccoon bit his ear, the effects of which turned Jack into an uncontrollable monster. When he slices into Peyton’s wrist, creating an arterial bleed, the bloody race for survival ensues at full speed. The story continues through the ordeal to depict the aftermath and beyond as Katy discovers her true character.
