Two old college friends must navigate their newly single status in a landscape of modern dating. As they grow closer the must decide whether they might find love in each other or remain just friends. 

SYNOPSIS:

Emily and Brad, two former NYU students, reconnect when both their marriages fail. Both are thrust into a modern dating world and find companionship in each other as they navigate New York dating. When Emily gets cast in a play that Brad wrote things start becoming complicated. Brad professes his love for her. She does not reciprocate. They try to remain friends but they can't find their way. Brad retreats from New York back to his family home in New Hampshire. After being betrayed, Emily joins him there as a place of solace. They grow closer and Brad asks her to stay. Emily doesn't love him that way and goes back to NY. Ultimately figuring things out she reaches out to Brad to reconnect. She is nominated for a Tony for her work and she wants Brad to join her. He is distant and unresponsive. We culminate at the Tony awards where Emily and Brad confess their love.

A throwback to good old rom-coms set in New York in the same vein as When Harry Met Sally.
