About Janice

Janice got her start in the mailroom at Gersh where she was an agent trainee in the TV Department. While working with other young professionals in such a closed and tight knit space, Janice fully unearthed and embraced her love for telling coming of age stories surrounding underrepresented groups of young people.

Janice was born in Cameroon, Africa and spent the first 13 years of her life there before immigrating to the USA in 2010. After earning her Integrated Marketing Communications degree from Pepperdine, Janice transitioned into the Digital Talent Management space where she worked directly with the CEO of TalentX Management, the first TikTok focused talent management company. She is currently the CEO of her own talent management studio, Sweet Chariot Studios, where she has worked with some of the biggest names in social media, alongside multiple Fortune 500 brands.

Janice is currently finishing up a final draft of her original feature called "Renegade", a coming of age film script set in the TikTok world of content houses.
