Outland (2012)

Full Overview

Although he has just been replaced by a machine, Matthew, a reclusive middle-aged lighthouse keeper, decides to spend one more night at the facility that has been his round the clock job and home for most of his life. While he is asleep, a mysterious fog moves inland from the sea. The next day, Matthew makes his way towards the nearby village. To his horror, he discovers that everyone is in a state of constant sleep and, regardless of his efforts, cannot be woken up.
