So as I posted a few weeks ago I had to fire my agent, well, I was contacted by one in Wilmington in December. They were going to represent me yet wanted a "fee" So I didn't fool with it. Now I contacted them again we corresponded through a few emails, then they came to a conclusion that I wouldn't be able to send good quality? Yet in December they were going to represent me

That does not sound like a legitimate agency. Your agent should be supporting, believing and encouraging you...the fact that they said you weren't quality is not right.
Sounds like you dodged a bullet.
