If you pay for IMDb you can see the contact info for the agent of that actress. Call and speak to the Assistant. Ask what you need to provide to make an inquiry. If you have access to a Casting Director that is even better! This webinar may have some nuggets that will help you prepare. I second what both Sam and Sasha recommended. You should be able to get through to someone, especially if you are coming with an offer for one of their clients.
