So, getting "pinned" means you're put on hold for certain dates? So, would you recommend honoring the "pin" since it comes first, or the hired gig, where your role is guaranteed, but it was offered after?
Just my two cents - if you have a chance to put any text overlay to your videos, it would help with the retention of information. Thanks for the information, though! I appreciate you sharing your knowledge!

Hi Karen,
Great question. Yes, when you are pinned for certain dates, you always honor those dates. If another job is offered to you for the dates you are pinned, you (or your agent) needs to get in touch with those who pinned you and ask them to book or release you. You never want to lose a definite job.
Karen, I thought I have the text scrolling under the video. Did you not see it, or are you meaning something else.
Karen, what types of acting projects do you find yourself mostly workin on?
