I'd recommend a book called Graphic Artist's Guild Handbook of Pricing and Ethical Guidelines. Link: http://amzn.to/1RjNtij Great resource that includes sample contracts, verbiage, price ranges (based on actuals surveys), etc. I reference my copy often.
