I have tried 3 different times to set up an IMDB Pro account. Every time it prevents me from finalizing the account because it indicates my phone number for billing purposes is invalid. I have tried nearly every phone number in my history and NOTHING works. Have people encountered similar issues? Resolutions?

Yeah, I got on several message boards and have seen a similar issue identified numerous times but I did figure it out finally (had to set up a new Amazon account instead of using an existing one and set up billing info that I had not used before - seems like more of a hassle than it should have been but all done now).
