Professional quality video from start to finish

Hey guys. I've been looking for books and videos (preferably videos) that give a detailed guideline on how a professional movie is developed. I'm not talking about videos like "behind the scenes", fan made videos about how they were able to achieve a similar effect, or books that give the general points about production. Like with editing, I'm looking for something that gives an in depth step-by-step guideline on the techniques used and how the actual editors of the project came to the final product for the whole movie and not just a few scenes. I'm not planning on finding exactly what I'm looking for but if you have any suggestions I would greatly appreciate it.

Scripts / development - checkout www.truby.com - click on 'Movie and TV Breakdowns' - his focus is on story structure; thewritersstore.com (click on 'Advice' and there's great articles on development and writing); For Production - checkout Film Riot on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/user/filmriot) - lots of 'how to videos', and Surfaced Studio for post (http://www.surfacedstudio.com/) -- hope all this helps!

Project Greenlight is the closest thing I know of.
