Great list and suggestion to start a legal dropbox. Since you'll need to supply numerous legal documents to a distributor, make it easy to organize and access your clearances, releases, chain of title documents, etc.

Hi Dane - its a good suggestion to create a drop box or some sort of secure drive to sticvk all of the contracts in. Thta way your sales agent can rummage around as needed and also a distributor can use it as and when needed. Its what I did for Deadly Virtues now, thankfully sold to 12 territories.
