Hello Stage 32 folks and my name is Lorenzo “Bi“ Fleming, and I am a 35 years unpublished screenwriter, nonfiction and fiction writer, voiceover artist, narrator, military technical advisor, and creator/host of Big Flem Radio and TV podcast channel (www.bigflemradiotv.com) from Southern California (Inland Empire) by way of southeast Georgia. I’ve been a member of Stage 32 since 2015. I’m a 26+-year Active Duty Army veteran and currently an Army Reserve Soldier and Iraq War veteran with two combat tours. Looking forward to meeting new people, networking, marketing my current written and voice projects, and collaborating on any future screen/voiceover/TV writing projects. Currently working on a couple of writing projects like a children’s book as well as redoing all of my previous written works using the latest screenwriting software tools. By day, I’m a HR Administrator for an Army Reserve Military Police (Detention) unit. I’m a firm believer in promoting positive, uplifting, and inspiring entertainment projects for the general public regardless of race, religion, gender identification, sexual orientation, etc. Still looking for my “big break” in this industry and always open to suggestions and recommendations. If any one needs a volunteer to do a table read for their screenplay/teleplay, please hit me up as well as anyone who needs a narrator or voiceover artist. Hey Maurice and I’m doing ok so far. Currently sitting home because I am furloughed because of the government shutdown. At least I have more time to focus on my writing projects and look for side gig work to pass the time. How are you doing? Lorenzo

Sorry to hear that, Lorenzo Fleming, but yeah, at least you have more time to focus on your writing projects and look for side gig work. Did you check Stage 32's Job Board (www.stage32.com/find-jobs)? It gets updated regularly.

Lorenzo Fleming what a lovely intro! Nice to meet you. I hope you get your big break soon. Curious, as the mother of two small children, what type of childrens' book are you writing?

Hello Alexandra, Good afternoon/evening and thanks for the response. The idea for my current children’s book project is based on my personal experiences growing up wearing glasses in elementary school. I was teased mercilessly for it and called “four eyes.” It has a moral message to the book and it should be entertaining with today’s children. Lorenzo

Hi Lorenzo Fleming aww, I feel for the young you and think that is a great message to convey to kids in an entertaining story, to be kind and not bully. I'm sure the fact is has so much meaning to you will mean it impacts others too.

Please read SACRIFICE by Kerry Williams. I helped him with this novel. A wounded Afghanistan -deployed VET, who suffered with PTSD, yet came back to care for his aged aunt and uncle. It is similar to your story.
