Introduce Yourself : Introducing myself by Abigail Collier

Introducing myself

Hi ive just turned 60 yrs old and out of nowhere felt compelled to write about my 3 yr unexpected experiences & adventures in Africa. I wrote non stop and produced a Trilogy of books in 3mths. The first is just published that recounts what began as a carefree girls’ holiday to Las Vegas was unexpectedly redirected to Africa when COVID restrictions closed borders and rerouted my life. A lost suitcase became the first of many signs that nothing about this journey would follow the plan I’d imagined.

Stranded far from home, I met someone who would become profoundly significant in my life and my awakening. During what was meant to be a brief stop, I intervened in the sale of a child being trafficked for sexual exploitation—an experience that altered the course of my purpose. I stayed for three months, bearing witness to realities I could not unsee.I then went back each year and stayed 6mths each time.

This trilogy is told through a higher-soul, spiritual lens, exploring fate, free will, and the unseen guidance that moves us when we are willing to listen. It is a story of disruption, awakening, and being guided by what the world often refuses to hear.

I also designed the book cover and illustrations and have zero knowledge or experiences in this field. But I absolutely love writing now and cannot stop! The first book of the trilogy is Guided by the Unheard; The Frequency that Awakened my Soul - pen name Sage Tedlow

I would really appreciate some feedback and reviews as im now sat here thinking "well its written now how are others gonna feel about it "

Hi, Abigail Collier. Happy belated Birthday and Happy Holidays! Your trilogy sounds interesting! Really sorry to hear about the child trafficking. I think child trafficking needs more attention, so I'm gonna write a script about it.

Amanda Toney

Wow. what an unbelievably powerful story, Abigail. Can you only imagine what your life would’ve been like if you didn’t take that jump and go to Africa? You helped save a life!

Petra Jurasova

woow Abigail that’s really powerful story :))

Maurice Vaughan, thank you for the birthday wishes. And you’re absolutely right — child trafficking and the global patterns of official corruption that allow this horrific crime to continue must be spoken about. Not in anger or condemnation, but through light, humanity, and a shared sense of responsibility to protect all children, grounded in truth.

My own story is similar in theme to Sound of Freedom and Tim Ballard’s work, though grittier, darker, and more graphic — and done with far fewer resources and a lot less money, admittedly. Haha

Amanda Tooney I did manage to save more than one life over the course of the 3 yrs I opened a rescue shelter and repatriated many children I rescued against the offical corruption and did this with no help or assistance from offical sources. The story really ends on i didnt save african children I saved myself its written from a higher soul perspective recognising & untangling past life soul contracts, karmic relationships and my souls growth

Petra Jurasova, I didn’t write this from a victim-led perspective, nor as a critical attack or a blame game. It’s about how I transmuted anger and righteous fury into light — releasing negativity, letting go of my own limiting beliefs, and choosing to see things from a different perspective. I’ve woven in my Yorkshire humour along the way to keep it human, grounded, and real.

You're welcome, Abigail Collier. Are you planning to pitch your trilogy to movie/TV producers one day?
