We're putting our movie on AppleTV/iTunes and our captions were made by Rev.com. Our aggregator suggested we use another company for captions as they claimed Apple was "picky." I went and got a quote for the company suggested and It was $650 for captions, where Rev charges about a fraction of that.
Any luck using Rev captions on Apple?

I have found the need to carefully scrutinize the work on rev.com. Since you're going to Apple, go with a caption service that will meet higher standards. Simple DCP does CC. You could get a quote from them and their quality should be good.
