I’m learning basics in Dublin this year, but only so I can tell a VFX pro what I want them to do on my own work. Its useful to know what “tools are out there” some filmmakers miss out on cool or spectacular additions to the final edit, simply cos they didn’t know a new cutting edge option existed. You might find some work in technical teaching posts in film schools.
