This is an awesome resource, Jack Binder. I love how it's really concise and just the straight goods - the facts and links to other resources. Agreed that if anyone is making a doc this is a must read.

Thank you Sam Sokolow - knowledge is strength. Preparing the basics correctly upfront in the set-up helps avoid future problems. Likewise, understanding your finance plan enables you to communicate it that much better to others.
