Producing : The right time to contact people abroad by Daniel Staley-Myers

I am trying to pitch my screenplays to director in Australia but The Production Book where all contacts has only around 5% of emails, I could mail my screenplay but I am as far away as possible and not sure what is the best time to call due to the time difference.
