I've been trying to up-load a.pdf script on my profile (5/6 times so far) but it never seems to take. Obviously I'm doing something wrong but I kinda at a loss to what. Perhaps someone can help?

Doug: Your PDF file is in a Windows file?
Not sure what you're asking, Jorge.
@Doug Well, difficult to help from the distance. Sometimes you simply have to delete your cookies and paper basket and sometimes it helps to re-start your computer completely and it works fine afterwards. It's also possible (what Jorge seems to think) that the transition to pdf didn't work correctly. Hence, you can only try again and again. Good luck.
I found updating my bio kept giving me a "this page cannot be displayed" page constantly, though it did "seem" to be taking my updates.
@David I had this too one day, but a log-out and -in again already helped.
Hi Doug. Are you referring to "upload a screenplay?" If you are having difficulty, it could be something on your end. Perhaps you're trying to upload a wrong file type? It's hard to say without knowing/seeing what's happening... Perhaps review the Help section/FAQ: https://www.stage32.com/help. And if you are still having technical difficulties, please contact our CTO, Derrick Ontiveros. I hope that helps. :)
Beth and all, yes I know the problem is on my end, it's a PDF file made from Final Draft and yes David I've experienced the same thing so I suspect that's on their end. I'll try the logout/in next. Thanx to all. I'll get it yet!
Also, keep in mind some browsers may cause issues or may have trouble loading web sites... For example, I've found Safari to be better than FireFox. Perhaps try viewing/using the site through a different browser, see if that helps. ;)
Thanx folks; I finally got it - I had to use a different browser on an entirely different machine - I don't understand it but it's there. Now I can start a conversation about format (and why it matters.)
