How do the links under "Education & Stage 32 Screenwriting Services" work?
When I clicked on the link, "Management & Production Compny Seeks Action Features (0027)", it doesn't go to the link.
Thanks for your help!

Hi Tracy, sorry about that - we actually just launched that OWA today! There must have been some kind of tech issue. You can check that OWA out right here: https://www.stage32.com/happy-writers/contests/Management-and-Production...

Hey Tracy David Sim! Glad you are submitting to that! It's a great company and what I love about this OWA is there is a Director already on board and reading. Very cool opportunity.

Hi Jason, thanks for reaching out. I submitted just now. Not the project I wanted to submit, but what I thought would work best for the requested budget. You've done very well for yourself. Quite an extensive bio, I respect that. Would like to put in a couple years in town there, but promised I would wait until there's a more solid reason to go. I nearly sold a project back in 2000 to a company at Universal right after they made Erin Brokovich, but my story department champions lost to an executive. Am a US citizen, but I'm not flush enough for LA expenses just now and I'll be 60 in six months. Hoping there's a post pandemic boom to bring production levels back up to speed maybe. Thanks again and continued success, Jason Mirch..
If they are looking for completed screenplays to buy, that's not an OWA.
An OWA is when they are looking to hire a writer to write or adapt something for them.

Hi Will.. I always thought that too. I'd be fine either way I think. Terminology aside, the wording of this particular OWA says... Management & Production Company whose most recent credits include projects with Jodie Foster, Benedict Cumberbatch, and Oscar-winner Octavia Spencer is looking for Action/Thriller Features at no more than $10m. There is a director attached and financing available. Union and non-union writers accepted.
