I've been working on a logline for a light hearted romantic drama - I would really appreciate some opinions! Logline: After a ghostly warning, a lost soul must find her Prince Charming by New Years Eve. or, Logline: After a ghostly warning, a lost soul must find her Prince Charming. But a harmless lie blocks her path to true love.

Can you put more "threat" in it? A harmless lie doesn't sound too serious. How about a malicious lie? Also, a ticking clock is more intriguing, as in "must find her P C before New Year's Eve or something dreadful or embarrassing (if it's light-hearted) happens." It's a great idea, though. I'm looking forward to seeing the finished piece.
What about "devious lie"?
