I saw one of my fellow writers being interviewed for his projects and watched the interviewers really promote his projects. I looked over my projects and realized that networking is also putting yourself out there. And in this case I was able to join a cast and our show is being promoted on a national channel. I used this platform to qualify me (I hoped to be interviewed). And it did, I was able to get to get the interview talking about my projects. Don't give up on your writing but find a way to make it happen by any means possible.
