Luminario Ballet

Luminario Ballet is a contemporary ballet and aerial dance company presenting ballet en pointe and aerial a la Cirque du Soleil. Artistic Director Judith FLEX Helle curates a world class roster of choreographers and is an award winning choreographer herself, commissioned by many producers, symphony orchestras, and special event groups. Judith is best know for her Led Zeppelin aerial/ballet, "LedZAerial", but her work spans music from the 19th century to the 21st century, and her choreographers draw from all periods as well. Luminario Ballet has made inroads nationally by presenting a full repertory show opening the 10th Miami Dance Festival in 2013 to standing ovations and continues to broaden it's audience every year with groundbreaking dance pieces such as 2014's "TRAILS", an eco-ballet about the California environment with images from NASA and multi media art projections.
