Scenes from the winter hill film project (2009-2011) | Matthew Richardson

A collection of scenes that were filmed for an unfinished film project called Winter Hill. Initially the film was a coming of age story, but due to several re-writes, the film became a story about Jack p Flannigan (Played by Chris Dixon) going through mental health issues brought on by the trauma of his girlfriend Laura's death. My main roles in production were recording sound via a boom microphone and later on in the production I was cast as an imaginary character called Steve. Due to script and production issues, brought about by inexperience from the entire crew, the project was abandoned. I learned a lot from this experience and so I edited together some of the footage that is left from this production for portfolio purposes.
