This is the first Showcase episode for The Roundtable Podcast, featuring screenwriter and novelist J. Daniel Sawyer. The Roundtable Podcast is dedicated to fostering discussion and exploration of the creative processes, specifically the writing craft. There are two types of episodes: Showcase and Workshop. Showcase episodes focus on a discussion of the Guest Author's craft, exploring character, plot development, theme, etc. The Workshop episodes integrate a Guest Writer who presents a story idea and then the Author, Writer, and show Hosts discuss the story, offering suggestions and refinements that will turn the idea into a writable story.
