Hi Shiloh. Amazing how global this resource is becoming. I am interested in finding out if you, as an actress, are asked to tone down your performance when you are on camera than when you are on stage?

Michael, most of my training and experience has been theatre; I only started working on film in the past couple years. I was surprised during film workshops how "big" something like a raise of the eyebrows could be. My teacher would point out that I was (for example) moving my face too much, when I didn't realize I was moving it at all. Now I feel more adjusted, but its certainly something I have to be conscious of.
