Hi Everybody! I haven't been active on Stage32 lately and it feels as if my right arm has been cut off! My screenplays are mostly based on true events, not fact, and encompass conspiracies, thrillers, mystery, humanity.. I do, after all, live in South Africa, a country which never ceases to provide every possible emotion on a daily basis. I've lived in London, spent some time in Greece, Austria, Los Angeles and traveled quite extensively to different countries, all of which provide lots of writing material. I tend to get stuck when I'm writing about some specific events, especially if they touch me personally and I find it hard to differentiate between truth and fiction. Anyone else have this problem? I'd love to hear from you! My website should be up and running soon and will be a Tell All; let you know as soon as..

Very nice to read this right now. I am "stuck" on a mostly true, semi based on true and a compilation of true events feature script. Most of the events are extremely emotional situations and me being sensitive to this is just making the writing mostly a page written, a month recovering. Not the best way to write a script. Maybe you would have.some pointers for me. This is actually my first attempt at a script of this magnitude....

Hi Leah, isn't it just the worst when emotion overtakes all sense, and as you say, recover for a month after just one paragraph! Maybe we can help each other out, not being emotionally tied to each others' scripts?
