Introduce Yourself : Screenwriter/Actor by Dennis Deppisch

Over the past 20 years I've written 14 rough drafts, outlines and synopsis for historical spy and period pieces. Since arriving in LA in February, I have met so many individuals in the industry who are assisting me with my quest to take a few of the pieces to final draft. I appreciate all the assistance. When I arrived I decided to sign up at casting agencies for background work to supplement my income. I have literally work 1 - 5 days a week since (True Detective 2, Agent X, Snapped and more). I find being on set help my writing perspective. I'm spending the month of July focused on taking one of my screenplays about women adventures to final draft. At various pitch meetings there has been a lot of interest in the storyline......We'll see what August brings......DD
