Hey everyone, wanted to tell you about a new upcoming indie feature from Faux Pas Films called CELLAR SECRET. Inspired by actual events of abduction (The Fritz abduction in Austria and other cases in the US), Cellar Secret is a dark twisted tale of tragedy and the toll it takes on the human spirit. It goes to a morbid taboo place but not the typical the torture-porn angle. We are telling a disturbing tale where we witness our main character undergo a downward spiral after a great loss. When Dalana's mother dies giving childbirth, it leaves Dalana as the only importance in her father's world. When she tries to have a life of her own, her father must take steps to insure that she'll never leave him. Cellar Secret is an extended remake of God's Hostage, a short film we make in 2008. The short turned out to be shocking to some and gained some notoriety (positive and negative) for it's dark subject matter. Now we intended to extend the story and explore the beginning and the aftermath.
