Your Stage : My showreel opinions by Claire-Monique Martin

Hi I loved this take on Elizabeth Taylor. In other films I've seen, her portrayal is overdone but this one felt very natural and poignant. The props were spot on, (I was actually hunting for those old pump spray perfume bottles last week. Alas, I found none.) Seeds were sown in the dialogue, underlying that he probably wasn't the man for her, but done subtly instead of a full blown argument. I also enjoyed your other clips, the conflict the girl faces with the gang of young men, and her subsequent capture. Then the sick bed scene, another character entirely. GREAT.
