Your Stage : Pitching a screenplay by Kevin Doy Burton

Pitching a screenplay

I've written over fifteen books, including eight novels.I wrote this novelette called Transhuman to be published.I then wrote it again as a screenplay. I'm practicing pitching it. I saw some people doing it on You Tube. Some of the judges give you three minutes to make your pitch. It seems interesting watching them. I can do that. I've written a pitch and read it using a stopwatch. It took me five minutes and 45 seconds. If I try doing it faster it will sound like gibberish.Should I let a professional read it and make changes? I'm open for advice.
