Introduce Yourself : Script to Screen by Adam Ryan Barnett

Hi! My name is Adam Barnett and I'm a screenwriter based in Austin, TX. I have several shorts completed and am working on my first feature screenplay as we speak. I'm hoping to find other filmmakers experienced in producing and directing so that I can collaborate with and learn from them, with the end goals of having a few of my shorts turned into films that will rotate the festival circuit, as well as eventually going on to direct/produce material myself. I've had two of my shorts win minor awards (quarter finalist in the Shore Scripts Screenplay Competition in 2015, and semi finalist in the HollyShorts Screenplay Competition in 2015), and I plan on continuing to sharpen my writing skills and seek and new opportunities in that medium.
