I'm a screenwriter who specializes in women in jeopardy stories. I have one completed screenplay (Restitution) and another in progress. I first became interested in the movies when I was an extra in THE MISFITS, starring Marilyn Monroe and Clark Gable. That experience hooked me on the BIG SCREEN. How cool to be a part of THE MISFITS. Did you get to work on any scenes with Marilyn Monroe or Clark Gable? Any fun stories?

I worked in scenes with both. Clark Gable was amazing, such a gentleman. He was lovely to work with. Marilyn Monroe was difficult. It was painful waiting hours on end under the hot desert sun for her to decide to come to work. I learned a lot, mostly that I didn't want to be an actor.
You probably know Jack Young who did the stunts for Clark Gable. He's on here, by the way.

Greetings Madeleine, I've heard rumors that this young "Marilyn Monroe" is really going places. Seems that if she keeps at it she'll have a real shot at this acting thing.

Philip, I remember the stunt man. He was quite a bit younger than Clark Gable, but I didn't have interaction with him.
