My name is Max and I'm a film producer from Germany. Together with a crew of about 15 young filmmakers, I have started producing a web series calles "Seelenspiel" (Game of Souls).

Solid acting and production skills but your trailer and editing is terrible. It's edited too fast and there is no clear storyline. I guess the village is attacked by Knight armored suit? Dunno.
Mike W. Rogers Thanks! We want to create a fantastic world, based upon myths from our region (Fichtelgebirge in Germany). We aim for a contrast: some stories play in the present, others in the past. The present ist portrayed modern and simple, "normal" colors, traditional storytelling.
The past is shown in darker colors, we wanted a slower pace and more wide, beautiful shots. I have to admit that our project develloped during the whole shooting, which means that the current episodes (9 to 14) have a much diffrent look from the first episodes.
Episodes 1 to 8 are online, and there is a second trailer, which shows the new look in a better way ;)
Dan MaxXx Thanks fot the feedback! I know that editing is our weak point, we have changed editor througout the series and are still looking for a good solution.
The trailer has not been edited by me or a cutter. Our director of photography has done the job as a volunteer and to try it out. I think, for his first trailer, he has done a pretty good job. But we always want to improove our product and therefore are searching for a solution to the post-production-problem.
There's a second trailer online on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vvS2DdJXWZ0&t=3shttps://www.youtube.com/...), which shows the style a bit better (personal opinion), but I think it is still too focused on the story.
yeah, the second trailer, IMO, is not much of an improvement. Just 2 guys standing and talking. talking heads. where or what is the story? show the narrative
